Rich, creamy, refreshing
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
- To serve: Scoop desired amount into serving dish and top with fresh berries, mint and drained mango chunks. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top.
Notes: Coconut cream will give a much fuller and richer coconut flavor.
Before serving, if the consistency has become too jellied, it is okay to add water or more coconut milk liquid until desired consistency.
